。。 Dear all, I have had the feedback from clients and/or my faculty colleagues for 14 of the 18 projects underway. The good news is that we survived all of the client presentations and feedback was in general positive. Now the bad news - with one exception all of my colleagues were not impressed by your performance and several mentioned that they had to spend an unusual amount of time to "get it right" . This is clearly not acceptable and we all expect a major improvement in Phase 2. Please, keep in mind that your performance has to be at least satisfactory to graduate - and it would seem that in many instances it is not. It would seem that you were "informed " by some alumni that workload and standards are lower in the 2nd part of the program. Let me assure you that that kind of information is completely wrong and I would discourage you frrom listening to these "well meaning " alumni. ICPs are real world, thus real learning - you came here to improve your future oppotunities for challenging careers - so take advantage now and go for excellent, not just satisfactory. And in conclusion let me quote Prof.XXXX:" Those who really want something find the means, others find excuses." And remeber when you chose IMD rather than YYYYY you were chosing hard work and excellence rather than beach parties
